This project is comprised of two separate buildings/phases, both of which will be mixed-use developments. Phase A, comprised of 61 units of Affordable Housing, with 3 stories of residential units over commercial space. This is made up of approximately 2000 sf management space, 2500 sf of community room and two offices at 500 sf each. The podium will be approx. 20,000 sf.
Phase B, comprised of 52 residential units of “Supportive Homeless Housing Units with PBV” and will be 4 stories of residential over commercial at the ground floor. The commercial area will include a retail café 1600 sf, child care center at 3400 sf and a multi—purpose/gym space of 800 sf. The podium level will be approximately 18500 sf and include a lap pool.
