Breen Engineering, acting as a consultant to QDG Architecture, prepared offsite (B-Permit) construction documents to support the construction of a new Los Angeles Unified School District elementary school called “9th Street Span School” in the Flower and Garment District of East Los Angeles.  The drawings consisted of street, storm drain, traffic and lighting plans processed for permit through the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering.
