Hudson Oaks Senior Housing
Pasadena, CA

Currently under construction, this project consists of design for rehabilitation and addition to an existing 1 acre apartment site, to create a 45-Unit senior housing development, including new open parking and landscaping. Begun in March 2009, BREEN served as Civil Engineering subconsultant, providing grading and utility designs, calculations and documentation for stormwater credits (assisting in achieving LEED Certification), Electrical Engineering for offsite street lighting and construction administration

Village Student Housing
California State University - Channel Islands - Santa Cruz, CA

BREEN provided Electrical Engineering Design and Coordination for the infrastructure site distribution including high voltage utilities through the site. IP date networking system and life safety. Project also included a complete surveillance security distribution system.

Northwest Gateway/Belmont Station
Los Angeles, CA

BREEN provided MEP engineering design for this newly constructed 275-unit multi-family apartment complex in downtown Los Angeles .

Colorado Street Apartments
Glendale, CA

The project consists of one new residential apartment building fronting onto 524-550 W Colorado Street. The building consists of one building over ground floor podium parking and two levels of subterranean parking. The complex includes four levels of apartments (186 total residential units), with support areas and resident amenities, as well as two retail spaces (approximately 3,600 and 4,700 sq.ft respectively) suitable for tenant improvement. The project was designed by Thomas P Cox Architects for the Alliance Residential Company. At the time of writing, design for this project was complete, but construction had not yet started.
