The project comprises the construction of a new transit-oriented apartment building with 121 residential market rate and affordable housing units on a 28,198 square foot lot.

Typical unit is a one-bedroom one-bath. Ground floor level includes parking garage, leasing office, bike room storage and common mail room. At the podium level, there are amenities for a recreation room, additional bike room storage, common laundry facilities, and a garden with BBQs for residents. Two accessible roof decks will be provided for open space relaxation enjoying the city and mountain views.
