The project comprised two separate apartment buildings connected via a link-bridge at podium deck level with a total of (246) market-rate apartments including six live/work units and retail space.  The podium level includes a pool deck, fitness suite, and guest lounge.

BREEN designed mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems for all residential and common areas and shell and core design of retail spaces.
