Belmont Station Apartments
Los Angeles, CA

An Urban infill project located on LA’s original metro train line, dating back to the early 1900’s.  The result is a multifamily community with (276) apartments. Amenities include; a pool, jacuzzi, media room, lounge, fitness areas, massage and steam room, conference room, and computer classrooms.

 BREEN designed the lighting & power systems, building plumbing systems, fire protection and fire alarm systems and mechanical systems throughout.
