New 20,000 square foot 2-story classroom building, supplemental parking lot, playground resurfacing and the creation of a turf playfield.

​The project provided an additional 16 classrooms, giving 400 new seats for students grades one through five. The project also included restrooms, a data room, a teacher’s workroom, storage room, a new lunch shelter and 30 parking spaces for faculty and staff. 

In addition to site grading, new accessible paths of travel and substantial utility redesign, features included breaks in parking lot curbs and roof drains to convey stormwater to vegetated swales.  Stormwater will be pretreated prior to flowing through proprietary filtration devices, daylighting at the flow line of the surrounding gutters.
