BREEN provided MEP and Civil engineering for this large commercial site which includes over 500,000 square feet of retail (shell design), a 150,000 square foot office building (warm shell) and extensive landscaping, including a 10 acre lake with canal, and grade parking for several thousand cars.  A showcase of our full service capability, BREEN also coordinated site utility engineering with multiple firms designing specialty buildings (hotel, theatres, etc).
