BEI is currently providing Civil Engineering Services for this project. BEI Civil is participating as a consultant to Cannon Design for this project that is currently entering construction phase. The new Student Recreation and Wellness Center includes a new structure, pool and patio area, and parking lot. Due to the limited undeveloped site area, a CDS unit or similar device will be used to treat stormwater from the parking lot. However, site grading will be designed so that hardscape and roof drainage will be directed to landscape areas wherever possible
