New three-story walkup apartment building comprised of 1 & 2 bedroom unit floor plan arrangements - a total of 30 affordable housing apartments with a community room, two laundry rooms, a fitness room and a computer room. The building will be slab on grade, wood frame structure with adjacent parking on grade. The total building area is approximately 32,400 square feet.

BREEN designed mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout.
