Cloverdale Family Apartments

The project consists of one (1) 3-story corridor apartment building comprised of 2 & 3 bedroom unit floor plan arrangements (total 2 unit types) – a total of 32 apartments with a community room, tot lot and barbecue area. 

The building is slab on grade, wood frame structure with adjacent parking on grade.  The community area includes a community room, tech room, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.

This development was financed with USDA RHS 514 funds and meets the following green requirements:
  1. LEED Platinum
  2. DOE Net Zero Building
  3. Water Sense
  4. 100% ELECTRIC
  5. 100% Solar & Net Zero Energy – panels are on the roof and carports
