BREEN is providing Architectural, Electrical and Plumbing Design Services to Coastline Real Estate as they renovate and remodel their rental properties. 

Scope of work includes but is not limited to kitchen renovations, addition of laundry closets for stackable washer and ventless dryer for each unit, converting non-conforming apartment units into Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and bathroom fixture replacements.
