E On Grand Apartments
Los Angeles, CA

New seven-story mixed-use residential-retail complex with two subterranean parking levels on 22,000 square foot of land in the South Park area of Downtown Los Angeles at the NW corner of Pico Boulevard and Grand Avenue. 

The development will consist of (112) residential apartments averaging about 600 square feet per unit. Total rentable square footage will be approximately 76,500 for residential and 5,000 for retail. Amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, sundeck, gym, recreation room.

BREEN provided complete MEP Engineering design documents and construction administration services for this iconic landmark development.
