Design and construction of a new park in the City of Los Angeles for The Trust for Public Land. BREEN provided pro-bono Civil and Electrical Engineering Services.

The one-acre barren lot was transformed into a vital and vibrant park and  layground for the El Sereno neighborhood through a massive partnership effort. In just four months, wasteland was transformed into parkland. Amenities include grassy hills, a new playground, an outdoor gym for adults, walking paths, picnic
tables, mosaics, decorative fencing, and garden. Completed in December, 2012.
