A new mixed-use development with (99) apartments over two levels of subterranean parking. The ground floor includes main lobby, leasing office, exercise room and 5,644 square foot of commercial space. The project includes the following guest amenities; pet area, bowling alley, outdoor kitchen area, shared common spaces and pool deck.

BREEN provided design and construction administration of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems throughout the project.
