BREEN provided electrical and structural engineering design for this 50,000 SF GSA multi-agency Federal facility. Design work began in May of 2009. Following GSA guidelines for materials, airflow and security, BREEN’s work included addition of HVAC to warehouse and office portions of building (utilizing packaged rooftop units), a processed cooling unit (Liebert) for the IT Room, and ventilation for a Dog Kennel Area (10 Air Changes/Hour). Construction was completed in January of 2010, on time and on budget.
