The project consisted of a new urban high school on an approximately 13-acre site located in the South Central area of Los Angeles between 52nd and 54th Streets, Avalon Blvd. and San Pedro Streets. The extent of the campus involves multiple classroom and educational buildings, a new synthetic turf playfield, an above ground parking structure, and public street improvements.
BREEN’s consultation included site demolition plans; horizontal controls; the design of all grading and drainage elements; utilities including domestic and fire water, sewer, gas and storm drain systems; and LA City “B”-Permit Street Improvement designs.
