The Hilton Garden Inn is 213,000 sq. ft., 6 stories, with 209 rooms and includes a full service restaurant and bar, pool and fitness center; a concrete podium at the first floor with five floors of wood framed construction above.   The hotel will be built with two levels of underground parking offering 171 parking spaces.

This project will pursue a LEED Silver certification.
