The project consists of the addition of 11 tandem parking spaces, which will remove an existing vegetable garden. 5 trees are proposed in the parking medians. The area of work is limited to the parking spaces on the east of the lot and adjacent landscaping, without modification of the ADA spaces or path of travel from ADA spaces to building.
