The project comprises the construction of a new mixed use residential development with 195 market rate apartment units constructed over 5 floors. The project also includes 23,429 SF of commercial retail space on first floor. Parking is provided partially on first floor level plus 3 levels below ground subterranean garage. Guest amenities include fitness room, recreation area, bike storage, pool deck, rooftop terrace and main entrance lobby. The residential mix comprises (35) studio units, (150) 1-bedroom units and (10) 2-bedroom units.​ Located at the corner of Vermont Avenue and James M. Wood Boulevard in Koreatown.
