This development is financed with 9% Tax Credits & USDA RHS 514 funds and must meet the following green requirements:

2. DOE Net Zero Building
3. Water Sense
4. 100% ELECTRIC
5. 100% Solar & Net Zero Energy – panels are on the roof and carports
