This project consisted of a new (61) unit affordable housing development.  Includes community gardens, (85) surface parking spaces, small fields and a tot lot. Apartment mix includes (37) one-bedroom units, (11) two-bedroom units and (13) three-bedroom units. Other amenities include resident lounge, site manager’s office, gym, computer room, support services and laundry room.
