This project is a scheduled maintenance project consisting of replacement of underground utility piping for heating hot water, gas, domestic water and
addition of chilled water piping infrastructure for future campus cooling.

Our firm was tasked to evaluate different systems and recommend a long-term solution that will avoid shutting down the heating system to the entire campus. The project involved multiple disciplines and architect’s
responsibilities were to address path of travel that will be affected
by the repairs and coordinate with multiple disciplines on establishing
the pipe route from the central plant to the buildings. The District revised
execution from single phase construction contract into two phases. Phase 1 is complete while Phase2 is waiting for funding.
