What made this project’s requirements particularly unique was its close proximity to other Campus buildings and the need to fit it carefully into the allotted site. To do so, existing tennis courts were removed and reconstructed on the roof of the Technical Building. Due to the perimeter constraints, the finish grading design was carefully accomplished, and accessible paths of travel were maintained, by the design of new accessible ramps to the existing parking area.
