This unique and challenging project, is a new, state-of-the-art performing arts high school comprised of several buildings and facilities on a 10-acre site in downtown Los Angeles, including a soccer field, parking structure, gymnasium, swimming pool, theater, library, classroom buildings and administration building.  

Our work required more than 30 drawings in three construction phases.  Public street improvements were completed for Grand Avenue and Cesar Chavez Avenue, including a major storm drain replacement.
