Sage Park Apartments

Ninety new family apartments, totaling 130,000 square foot to help provide Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) teachers with affordable housing.  The 4.3-acre site includes a community garden, grade parking lot, and tot lot/play area.  Apartments are spread across four separate buildings, with exterior corridors. A joint use building of 5,500 square foot includes office space, fitness center, study area, community room and art gallery.

BREEN provided grading and drainage design, Low Impact Development compliance for stormwater and coordination. As well as design and construction administration of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems throughout the project.
