A new mixed-use development with (89) apartment units over one level of subterranean parking built under the city’s new AUD program to provide more affordable, “market rate” housing to Santa Barbara residents. The lot size is 61,802 square foot, of which 100% developed. Level one includes commercial spaces, fitness room, and pool deck.
