Our firm provided MEP Engineering services for both shell and T.I. phases, including reports, design and construction management. Design was completed and construction began in October, 2008. Construction was completed in June, 2009. Total cost of construction was approximately $5,000,000. There were no project scheduling or time control issues. Services were satisfactorily completed within negotiated fee and contract term. There were no special problems or difficulties with this project, and our client was pleased with the firm’s performance.
