Valley View Village ll
Selma, CA

48 unit development with 47 single family residences plus community room with managers unit above. The development includes three basic types of construction: (2BR/2BA (1,032 sq. ft.) , 3BR/2BA (1,032 sq. ft.) and 4BR/2BA (1,297 sq. ft.).

The project was designed as a 100% zero net energy SDA community, LEED Platinum, WaterSense and DOE Builder’s Challenge for indoor air quality and energy star for homes..

This Village is considered one of the largest Net Zero Energy subdivisions in California and the United States.
