The Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust (LANLT) is a non-profit  organization, with the goal of creating parks and gardens to bring social and recreational opportunities to park-poor, low-income urban communities.

BREEN is providing Civil consultant services for the design and construction of a new 0.36-acre neighborhood park in the Los Angeles County Community of East Rancho Dominguez. Improvements will include a new tot lot and playground areas, walking path, fitness equipment, lawn, splash pad, and picnic space with open canopy.
