​The project comprises the Tenant Improvement of the existing vacant restaurant shell on the 2nd floor of the Westfield Mall to create a new Sugar Factory restaurant.

Breen is providing commissioning engineering services for the additional 2,700 sq.ft. of extra tenancy space. This will be used for a prep kitchen / office and larger retail area. Grand Opening scheduled for Christmas 2018
