A nine-story 308,000 square foot hotel originally built in 1906. The project consisted of ground floor retail and restaurant, common areas and creation of (463) units of low-income housing.
BREEN designed complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for the hotel to apartment conversion. It involved steam boiler and water heating system upgrade. Completed: 2009 Breen Scope:MEP/Structural Engineering
