BREEN opened its doors as a Mechanical consultancy in 1997. BREEN’s expanded Building Systems Department now provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection and is active in a wide variety of project sectors, including Federal, educational, commercial offices, healthcare, retail, hospitality, multifamily and mixed use developments and renovations.
BREEN’s MEP engineers are comprised of both seasoned professionals and young innovators bringing fresh perspective, innovation, and efficient design. BREEN Engineers are LEED AP accredited and have successfully designed projects to Silver, Gold and Platinum standards. Our MEP Engineers are equipped with a full toolbox of software, providing computer models for lighting designs, thermal energy performance evaluation, electrical and hydraulic calculations and ventilation systems. BREEN was quick to embrace the evolving world of 3D modeling. Our project managers and drafters are highly proficient with Revit, having completed numerous projects utilizing this revolutionary design software. |
