STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Formed in 2007, BREEN’s Structural Engineering Department has performed extensive work on multi-family housing, K-12 buildings, healthcare facilities, federal and historic renovation/preservation projects, providing innovative design solutions, that have saved clients substantial sums. 

In addition to their own projects, BREEN’s structural engineers contribute design and coordination support to our architectural, MEP, and civil designers, when multi-disciplinary services are needed.

BREEN’s Structural Services Include:

• Structural alterations/modifications, renovations, and repairs
• Seismic evaluations and retrofits of existing buildings
• Equipment supports and seismic anchorage
• Structural peer-review and plan check review
