6401 Avalon is a 100% affordable housing development. This new apartment unit will offer a communal recreation area on the roof deck and laundry facilities for extremely low-income families.
With the prevailing shortage of affordable housing and the continued rise of real estate in the City of Los Angeles, the challenge was to be efficient in creating usable living space and maximizing available land area while maintaining compliance with the code and regulations.
