5215 Figueroa Apartments is a new permanent supportive housing development, using ‘Crate’ modular apartment buildings, provided by Crate Modular, located in Los Angeles.  It provides 40 studio units that are affordable housing with support services  to address  the needs of homelessness. Supportive office is provided for counseling and assistance for health care and employment. It also provides a common laundry for tenant use, bike storage and open space amenities.
