Project consists of site improvements on a 5-acre private school campus, including offsite improvements to adjacent streets. The scope included a new below-grade parking structure, four rooftop buildings, one new building and one relocated building on the north elementary school campus, and one new building on the south high school campus. BREEN’s design work began on the initial phases in Late 2006. The first phase of construction was completed in late 2008. Final phases of construction completed in 2012.
Project included site improvements on both campuses; site dimension, utilities, grading and storm water management plans. Consistent with requirements of the approved Master Plan, off-site improvements for the Pasadena city streets surrounding the campus include improvements to Wilson Ave., Catalina Ave. and Cornell Street MEP: Street lighting was designed for Wilson, Catalina and Cornell Ave. in accordance with City of Pasadena street lighting standards. Master plans for these streets were also developed for the City’s future use.
