The project comprises the construction of a new affordable housing apartment building with 50 units constructed on three stories over a one story parking garage. The proposed four-story building from EAH Housing would rise at the corner of 76th Street and Vermont Avenue, replacing a series of small commercial structures with a total project cost of $22.4 million. The apartment unit mix comprises (19) studio units, (30) 1-bedroom units and (1) 2-bedroom units:
